We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 14-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000).
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know in writing (address is detailed below).
If you have already received the items, they must be returned to us in their original, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging in accordance with our stated returns process.
In order to cancel your contract, you must return all the products in the order. You must take reasonable care of the products you wish to cancel. You must not use or wear them.
Please note, once items have been personalized, we cannot accept a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt of the product;
(b) the returned product should be unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling
us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.
(e) all goods purchased from the website must be returned to the website. No website purchase can be returned in the store.
(3) Returns procedure
Products should be returned to us in the original mailing bag in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the product(s)
We will deduct a £2.00 re-stocking fee from any refund to your debit/credit card account in respect of the costs we will incur in administering the return.
The cost for returning the items should be bourne by customer. We do not send any pre paid envelop with the shipment neither we pay for the return shipment.
